Refund policy
REFUNDS:
Each item is handcrafted to meet your specific needs. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.
RETURN / EXCHANGE:
We will consider an exchange of an item for comparable merchandise - excluding hand stamped items. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We will ship the agreed upon replacement item once your return is received and inspected. Returned merchandise must be in new, unblemished condition. We will notify you if the item being returned is in an acceptable condition for exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without a signed delivery confirmation.

REPAIRS:
We accept repairs of Rae Customs jewelry only. You have 30 days to notify of any issues with jewelry. Depending on the damage we will either cover costs to repair or if it is damage which happened by customer we will ask for repair payment. After 30 days the repair costs will be for the customer. This includes customs. Some items might need to be remade and we will notify before starting and give you the cost. Shipping back to the customer is paid by customer and the amount is $5.
