Shipping policy
PRODUCTION TIME:
Each item is custom made at the time the order is received and confirmed. We attempt to fill orders within 7-10 business days upon receipt. Sales and holidays may increase production time.
Custom orders may take longer than 10 business days. You will be updated on the progress of your custom. Customs DO NOT qualify for discounts! If for some reason you have a custom set up through the website (Shop Pay) you are not to use a discount code. If this happens you will either be refunded for the item and have a canceled order or asked to pay the difference.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped USPS via First Class mail. Packages usually take 3-5 business days for delivery. International shipping from the United States will increase delivery time.
PRIORITY SHIPPING:
Rae Customs by TLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We encourage using our priority shipping option.
RUSH ORDERS:
We want to meet your needs, so email us at support@raecustomsbytlc.com if you are in need of a rush order. Additional cost may apply.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION:
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed. Please email us at support@raecustomsbytlc.com with your requested change or cancellation.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive an email with a your tracking number when your order leaves our studio. Please contact USPS regarding questions or concerns about your package.
